  • I woke up yesterday with the world spinning and had to lay back down before I fell. I spent the day nauseous and unstable, came across this video and gave it a go. The first dip was pretty awful as they said and I spent the rest of the day with a towel around my neck. Woke up today with no vertigo. This video’s great. Thanks guys.

I want to thank you guys. Yesterday morning I was so frightened when I tried to get out of bed and the room spun. My eyes were darting around and I had no idea why. A little while later I came across your video and you guys put me at ease with your banter and matter of fact demeanour. Thank you.
  • Your video was a lifesaver for me. Thanks a lot! Gone after one time! Sleeping on 45 degrees high pillow for 4 nights after and not bending down for 24 hours was useful too.

I've had reoccurrence. You guys are my go to. Strange thing, never had this problem before. Now, twice in six months. Stood up, and NEVER got as good a buzz back in 70s, LoL. Appreciate you putting this up for free. Great help, fantastic and fast fix, although it did take multiple times to relieve the effect. Kudos and thank you!!! Mahe Ohna ✌️ Favour ALL
  • Love your explanation and you really help since this problem hit suddenly at home. You are our GO-TO GUYS!
  • @BobandBrad
Sorry about the gum chewing, it won't happen again if Liz makes her debut again 🤗😂
  • @sharit7970
Thanks for posting! After watching a few times I had my daughter help me with this, so far, so good!
  • @aliceblue7305
You have given me a number of steps that I have never seen before and I am going to try them tomorrow morning. This is great. I have the page saved now. Thank you for this. 👍
  • Impressive. Finally the person who makes your videos look so good gets some camera time! :) I think I might get a bit of positional vertigo from this maneuver, but since I don't have ongoing symptoms, I am just going to not even tell my LPT to mess with me! Very skillfully displayed, Brad!
  • Wow these guys are super canadian lol. Thanks for the video. I got crazy dizzy after a dental crown prep like the day after the day after. Very frightening like being punch drunk, like every time i reached down at work i felt like i was gonna fall forward.
  • @teammartin5
The half somersault is soooo easy to do yourself. Has helped me immensely.
  • @bhoidas
FANTASTIC! The only good explanation I could find in either video or article. I did myself and completely corrected loss of balance issues I had been having. Never new about ear Crystals! My only comments would be you forgot to have her rotate to the right and look down. Also in my opinion way too verbose :) Even poor Kris had to sit up a few times in the beginning because of the word chatter. Also instead on all the perhaps unnecessary talking it would have been nice to explain what Ear Crystals are. I had to google. But again thanks so much for this and thanks so much for curing my balance issues. Its easy enough to do a few times a month just to make sure everything is ok. BTW I'm 74years old and still work two jobs and lift weights (advanced programs) 5-6 days a week.
  • @cat-yz2ew
Thankyou! You saved my life..this worked instantly.
  • @bulldogvillan
Ive had a bout of dizziness the past few hours for seemingly no reason and looked up causes and treatments. Came across your video. I did the first maneuver with my fingertips under my chin extending my chin up and laterally. it's funny you guys said you might feel some symptoms during this maneuver and the whole world began to spin haha when I performed. I still have some dizziness but it's definitely reduced
  • @user-bt4jo8qu7i
Lol these guys are so silly 🙂 they must be really fun to work with haha. Love your videos guys🙂
  • Can you please tell me how long the crystals can remain in the ear canal? I had a vertigo attack with the room spinning horribly, SIX MONTHS AGO, and I have been very dizzy EVERYDAY since. I keep thinking that they will dissolve or go away eventually, but am I wrong? I'm almost 70 and terrified at the thought of having this Eply menuver done because I am so dizzy already😞
  • @7wernli
Tried this. Then felt a little unwell immediately after. I tried to slowly lay down on my back on a few pillows, and within 1 minute I threw up violently. Still going to try to keep that advice of not looking down...Though I kind of did while vomiting.
  • Hi Brad and Bob, I use your videos a lot as I have fibromyalgia and various other health issues so they really help but I have just been diagnosed with complex regional pain syndrome in my right ankle, this diagnosis has really knocked me back and I can't find any videos on how to deal with the pain or exercises to help, do you think you could make a video to help people like me please? I really am struggling
