The best chair ab workout ever! Love your videos. I get more workouts from your chair than my doing standing. I believe it’s because my abs are more engaged. Chair workouts forces your abs to engaged with using your legs. Love it. Keep up the great work

Just wanted to thank you for your videos! We use them at church int he fellowship hall on Saturday mornings twice a month. We have a big screen we use so that everyone can see! Ages 55 and up and anyone under that like me exercise and fellowship together!! We did this one today, followed by your daily stretches workout!! Thank you again!

I recently found your videos like end of last year because I broke my ankle April of last year. I will always recommend your channel to everyone because you’ve helped me tremendously! I’ve lost over 100 pounds since last year literally . All with a broken ankle that since isn’t fully healed to this day, in quarantine and at home- No gym! 🙌🏾
