  • Thank you so much, I had brain surgery back in April and gained weight. Now I'm able to do a couple of different exercises of your for about an hour, and I lost 35 lbs.

    I have been doing chair workouts for 2 years now since my knee surgery. I just came across Donovan Green Fitness videos about a week ago. They are by far the best. I now do at least one or two daily along with continuing my yoga practices. Thanks Donovan.

  • Before having COVID TWICE I weighed 370 lbs. In January 2020, I lost 135 lbs in 4 months, I could not eat. Only very small bits and water. In September 2021, I almost lost my life. I had memory loss, heart, lung problem, double pneumonia and I was paralyzed from the waist down....I also lost more weight. I got down to high school weight, 219 lbs. I am glad for you because I was very strong before all this. Thank you for getting ME back.
