    I've been watching Guga's channels and eating vicariously through them for a couple of months now. I've also been on a weight loss journey for the past one a half years, going from 145 kilos in August of 2021 to just over 83 kilos as of this week. I've decided to treat myself and some of my family to wagyu when I get to under 80 kilos as a motivation.
  • compound butter with garlic-infused wagyu beef fat and salt-cured egg yolk is probably the greatest butter I've ever seen. also I love how "Wok Hei" aka "breath of the wok," that extra flavour and aroma you get when frying in a hot wok and a distinctively cantonese phrase, has become part of global food culture.
