    This practice as you say is for intermediate/advanced yogis but as a beginner following your classes, you can still follow along but keeping to the extremely simple versions of each Asana. Helps to take the fear of backbends away. Thank you 😊☀️🌻

  • Thanks kino, tailored it to suit me. I did some wheel pose, hadn't done in a while. To be honest I was lying in bed watching you on my phone, then my mum called and got on my nerves. So i got up and did yoga 😂
