  • I don’t have some of the spices that you infuse the oil with. Instead of purchasing all of these separately right now is there a single spice blend that I might be able to use in place of that until I can order spices? I will look forward to getting your book before I make spices purchases and building out this new flavor pallet for myself. Hope you can suggest a spice blend that I may substitute for this time since I am new to Indian cooking. I have followed you forever and I’m actually really excited to get your cookbook.
