Somewhere there's probably a bus driver rescuing a kid right now. It seems to be happening all the time these days.

That kid is going to grow up to be a distance runner.

Before assuming if the parents got arrested for neglect this is actually quite common as police officers have told me, You may think that your three year-old four-year-old or five-year-old are still babies and technically yes they are but they are very intelligent and can catch on really quick especially if you show or see you do it one time This happen to us we never once neglected our child Never done drugs hate alcohol no criminal record. He literally decided to sneak out of bed while I was sleeping climb over the baby gate, unlock the door and walked out. After waking up and realizing my son wasn’t in the house, the feeling was is undescribable. Luckily, he was found by construction workers working on the house down the street after that house is literally escape proof. CPS will get involved. They’ll do a whole home inspection. See what safety protocol you have in placed a whole shebang and if they find or don’t find that the child was neglected.
