I am here after the Mattel Announcement of their Rereleases... its nice to see a video with all the street sharks from back in the 90s... and extreme dinosaurs...

JAWSOME! I especially liked the packaging. The sharks were in a kind of shark cage, which was just broken open by the respective figure.

Street Sharks was shown in Finland between September 1994 and April 1995 but I can't remember anymore whether I watched it. The series' Finnish name was "Katuhait". Oh, by the way... Moby Lick looks somewhat... um... perverse. š

Every time I see ANYTHING related to Street Sharks, I asked my dad whereās my Blades/Streex toy? Seriously, I loved that toy but when we moved back to the states, it mysteriously disappeared. Man, Iāll do anything to get that toy back. Now the only thing street shark related toy I have is the lobster guy whoās also missing his antennas. But now you got me hyped for the new toy line and Iām ready to pay anything for that Blades/Streex toy if itās there. And yes I have seen some of the episodes. I based one of my OCs around that show.

Definitely a fan of this series as a kid! Who the hell cares if it's a knockoff if it was good!! Was OBSESSED with the toys too. Years later went on ebay and collected all the ones I was missing! š

Street Sharks were my first action figure toys ever all the way back in 97 when I was 4, still have all my original sharks and dinos and they sit proudly on my shelf. Super underrated Mattel original toy line.
