    I’m really confused. Ever since I was 14 or 15 years old, I’ve only got five or six hours sleep each evening. I’ve never napped during the day. I am fairly active each day climbing hillsides cutting up downed oak trees, transporting them, splitting logs, etc. I seem fairly healthy.
