Get ready to crush this STANDING PILATES Total Body Workout!
This 10 minute follow along workout will help you lengthen and strengthen your muscles while working on your balance and stability and toning your full body.
This routine includes clear instructions and motivation throughout to make it beginner friendly and appropriate for all fitness levels. There is an abs / core series, a leg and booty series, and an upper body / arm series.
You don't need any equipment for this (not even a mat) and it includes a warm up and a cool down, so let's get into it!

    Your standing videos are the best - I have had a frozen shoulder for over a year and couldn't do much arm work, but keeping active is so important to my mental health! Just this past week with pilates and prayer my shoulder has now come free and I can lift my arm above my head for the first time since April last year! I'm from Australia but live in Indonesia! Keep the standing ones coming though, they're fun! Thanks! :)

  • I'm from Texas. Wow! You just validated how out of shape I am; and how desperately I need to commit to getting back into shape. I've done my own favorite Pilates routine since 2003; and many of the exercises are the same as the ones I learned from my Mom's Nancy Taylor books when I was a kid. I haven't been doing them because they require too much room and I am living in less than 200 sq feet for now. These standing Pilates Workouts are just what I needed; and this one is quite challenging, for me.
