LaVar Ball is selling workout equipment and used some very incorrect statements to discuss weightlifting and doing so at a young age.

He shouldnt sell any workout gear when none of his sons joints can stay intact

That stuff is as big a scam as his shoes where. $1850 for that stuff is a ripoff. You can get a Power Tower for less than $200 that does all that.
  • Doc adding some psychological analysis to his repertoire… “Lavar Ball, you have a serious case of bullshititis!”😂
  • @wilcee238
Dr. Zoidberg from Futurama knows more about anatomy than Lavar Ball.
  • @TheScotian82
Imagine swinging your legs around like that and calling it pullups 😂😂
  • Good little vid. I watched that while I drank my morning coffee before shooting out the door for work. Perfect length! Good work.

Hi Brian, could u possibly talk about carlos correas full rupture of his plantar fascia and how it could actual help relieve his pain. The team claims he will be back playing within the next 2 weeks for the playoffs. But a tear seems usually like a really bad thing

Love the debunking video! Would love to see more of these 👍🏼

Holy shit, hearing growth plates was a total throwback to being a kid and breaking bones hahaha. I know your focus is more so on contemporary vids/events (which is what I’d prefer honestly), I def would love to watch a growth plate vid from you

Another great video....also those are the worst pull-ups I have ever seen in my life and I was in the military....yikes!!
  • it's not just sports science, it's everything. Don't ever be listening to LaVar Ball on anything. Anyone who says they can beat MJ in a 1v1 shouldn't be allowed to advertise anything. He's about as unhinged and ridiculous as it gets.
  • As an exercise, sport, and movement science major that isometric line made me laugh.
  • I do think he meant calisthenics rather than isometrics. And, there was quite a bit of sway in that pull up bar.
  • @absolut_dre
Those pull-ups were horrible form. Ignoring the hand placement, all that kicking he's doing defeats the purpose

LaVar Ball has always been a lying scammer. Another awesome vid, Doc.

Hey Doc, what’s your position on children doing plyometrics? Is it beneficial? If so, how often should they do it?
