  • The Pelicans were JUST getting attention nationally too, going into a brutal stretch to end the season. This sucks.

Hyperextended knee shit makes me cringe so hard. Blood, vomit, etc. doesn't phase me. But seeing someone's knee bend the wrong way gets me every time.
  • Damn man this sucks smh. Great break down Doc! That frontal plane was hard to watch! 😮🤦🏾‍♂️
  • I would love to watch games with Brian... he seems like he'd be super chill and knowledgable about a lot of stuff.
  • That sucks man that really sucks. It’s just hard to watch honestly any injury I almost feel that athletes pain myself. A guy playing his sport not suspecting anything and then boom his body gives out or some trauma occurs and in the blink of an eye his career or even life can be irrecoverably altered.

  • DAMN, the first second got me looking away from the screen already, I wasn't ready to see that 😖😖
  • Is the recovery time for PCL comparable or the same as an ACL? As always excellent work Doc, I’ve had multiple knee surgeries and you’d have my complete confidence if you operated on me. Hoping for the best diagnosis for B.I.
  • @LLDRv
    See you next season BI.

  • @tommye3727

I did one of these playing basketball myself and the pain was immense. There was tears.

@brian Sutterer MD: I know some folks are researching into it, but just from the eye test: today’s player moves more dynamically, explosively, and in space. Do you think that has an effect on some of the wear and tear injuries (or freak injuries) we see over an 82 game season compared to the past?
