The fact that Sadie can instantly act upon what was said is amazing. I can't wait to see how far she can go. She is such a talented actress.

Damn seeing Taylor direct is awesome but seeing Sadie be directed and the way she responds to what she's given and how she acts upon it is literal magic, that's impressive

All the comments complimenting her directorial abilities are amazing. What hits me hard is she knows exactly how it should be because she lived through it. She’s recreating moments from her own life, with the end poignantly showing how she remembers it today. “The stillness, the stoicism, the silence…We’re watching a person come of age.” Many of us have similar memories of losing our first loves and Taylor put that to music and now to vision. It’s truly remarkable.

"She's fine, but she's not who we met... We're watching a person come of age." 😭 And we did. I'm so proud of you Taylor. Look at what you've made.

The way Taylor described Dylan rejecting Saddie’s hand in a very precise way is heartbreaking because she remembers when I happened to her all too well 💔

Fun fact: We all agree that Taylor not only is a great musician, singer and artist but an awesome director.

I’m just really thankful that Taylor started trusting herself and her artistry in terms of directing her own music videos. There is NOTHING she can’t do.

the behind the scenes makes it so much more special. they all worked so hard on this short film. taylor deserves everything.

This must be hard for Taylor having to re-live telling those lyrics in such an intimate way, but her level of storytelling is just so purposeful and makes it relatable for anyone.

The fact that she keeps looking at her phone means that she had the entire vision written out before they started filming which is just mindblowing to me for someone who isn't a professional director. She gives such clear instructions because she has she has such a clear vision in her head. Dylan and Sadie did a tremendous job bringing it to live. This short film deserved all the awards that it got. Edit: just found out she's going to make her debut as a director and scriptwriter on the big screen. This is not a drill, people, i repeat, THIS IS NOT A DRILL!

She clearly knows what shes doing! There’s no accidental success with this women, she deserves every single bit of her fame!

I bet Taylor saw herself young on Sadie while doing this. Her expressions of proudness and happiness says everything. Sadie and Dylan did an amazing job in this short film and they deserve every recognition

I know everyone worked so hard on this. But the way Sadie Sink carried this is something really special. She brought so much emotional depth to it.
