This woman is always prepared. That's one of the big reasons for her success.

She’s such an impressive communicator. Poised, confident, humble, funny, charming, and so attuned to her audience. She deserves every bit of the success that has come her way.

I'm not a Swiftie. I'm just an old guy who hears only about war and violence and anger and disagreement and pessimism and arguing and negativity and darkness on youtube or the evening news or during family gatherings or on bumper stickers. But then I watch this thankful, articulate, humble woman, speak of beauty and parents and friends and positivity and brightness and my heart fills with hope. Maybe I am a Swiftie. Thank you, Taylor, for being a tiny speck of light at the deep end of a dark tunnel.
  • the fact the she referenced her new album in the commencement speech is iconic.

''No matter how much you try to avoid being cringe, you will look back on your life and cringe retrospectively'' Taylor is so iconic
  • How could she speak with so much of calmness even without looking at the paper. You are a gifted speaker. You inspire me with your words.

I will be 71 years old next week and it's taken me this long to hear this message. I am grateful to live in the time of Taylor Swift. I guess I am officially a "Swiftie" now!

I didn't skip or fast-forward any sentence during the entire speech. She is down-to-earth yet incredibly inspiring and intelligent. Listening to her address is like talking to a wise friend. Congrats, Dr. Taylor, and graduates all over the world. 👏👏👏
  • It's remarkable how thoughtful and inspiring her words are, and the fact she speaks without reading from a script makes it even more incredible
  • Anyone here after whatever Harrison Butker said in his speech? THIS is how you do a commencement speech. I love this speech of hers so much
  • Taylor is classic, and brilliant. Education is more than just a degree on paper. This young lady spoke like someone with more than 3 doctorate degrees.
  • Her speech was both inspiring and shocking at the same time. The idea of how she could remember and calmly articulate all those complex sentence structures just amazed me.
  • You can tell how this 33-year-old person has already experienced life in such an intense way. This was a perfect speech. Bravo, Dr. Swift!
