‘New’ USB-C Apple Pencil Every Feature Reviewed | Who is this for?

As a doctor and med student who doesn’t care about drawing, pressure sensitivity and just need a reliable consistently accurate pen for pdf annotation and note taking, usb c pencil is just perfect. And charging via the usb cable for 30 min once every 4 days is not a big deal breaker for me. Come on, we make it seem as if everything is wireless, iPad itself has to be charged every day with a freaking wire, same with the Watch AirPods and my iphone.. so saving 4K rupees by choosing usb c pencil over the 2nd gen is a good decision for students and medical professionals like us who don’t care about artistic capabilities of a pencil. And cheap pencils of Amazon like kingone that I previously used for annotation and returned bcoz of inconsistency wrt to palm rejection and accuracy are no good bcoz they imperfections and inaccuracies .

Apple Pencil 2 is still the best years later!

i wish the other end of the apple pencil would function as an eraser. Just the like the real thing! I would also like to see a double sided apple pencil. This way you could assign different tools to each end.

I have the 10 the gen and it was perfect for me. I wish it had the pressure sensitivity but other then that it's great 🐬

So do u need to carry a usb-c cable every time u need to connect it, like after the iPad dies

you should try the apple pencil alternative with the ipad 10 and check if the magnets stick magnets .

I understand why they made an Apple Pencil with usb C but if you have an iPad with the charging port on the side why not get the 2nd generation Apple Pencil the reason as to why I would go for the non usb c one is because I can just connect it to my iPad and charge it that way and my iPad case has a pencil holder built in

I have the Logitech Crayon V2; which I got a month before the USBC Pencil was released. Had the USBC Apple Pencil been available, I’d have gotten it instead, ‘cause I just need to take notes & sketch out the occasional design idea in Notes & Freeform.

As a drawer I like to blend not use pressure sensitivity

I begrudgingly feel like, I need to buy the Apple Pencil usb c. I upgraded recently to the 13” iPad Air and for some reason Apple decided that the Apple Pencil 2 just didn’t need to work on it 😞 so now I have a paperweight..

Looks more clean than the 1st gen but they need to make the price more reasonable
