    I never understood how my mom always made delicious food for so many people without spending hours in the kitchen every day. And then I found out that she meal planned. Every week she sat down and not just wrote out a shopping list but planned the way the meals would come together so she was always a step ahead instead of doing everything all at once the moment you need to cook

It's rare I can say "My husband and I" made a meal because he's usually clueless in the kitchen (he has other redeeming qualities!), but with the clear instructions and ahead-of-time meal prep, he was actually able to help out. Cooking was fast and it was fun to spend time together, so THANK YOU!

    Can confirm that meal planning changed my life too!! I feel like there is no learning curve because Nisha has made it so sooooo easy. I get delicious meals, groceries are cheaper, less trips to the grocery store, less food waste, and best of all I’m not in the kitchen for hours! Cannot recommend this enough! It's obvious that you have put a ton of work into every page. You've address every little step and answered every question in advance. I'm going to look like a master chef and my family will be so well cared for. You have all the nutritional categories covered without me even thinking about it. THANK YOU SO MUCH...     I used to spend, well, a day planning out a weeks worth of meals, agonized over the grocery list, having to navigate between books and iPad recipes to make sure I would have everything. It became a very unwanted task. I got meal plan 1, grocery list took a minute, and by Thursday it took 5 min to put the meal together. I am utterly thrilled, and the taste of the meals is amazing. Your attention to the details is unreal, and cannot thank you enough for all your time and attention as it saves me so much stress, time and energy. 🙏❤️❤️
  • I signed up and made the Basil pasta, garlicky lentils and the side salad. All the recipes were delicious, shopping meal prepping and cooking everything was super easy with the formatting of the pdf, this is a life changing idea. It’s like hello fresh but way better!

    I'm not in the right headspace just yet to jump into this but I'm definitely going to subscribe at some point this year. I struggle so much with meal planning and procuring ingredients (I live alone, cannot drive, and live on a busy street in an apartment with no parking so I can't really get deliveries either), and it's really hard to know what to buy and when. Thank you for putting this together.

    Joined meal plan program this week. Was pleased to have most ingredients already in my pantry and fridge. Chose to make three of four recipes due to cooking for one, and so far, they were yummy and filling and have met my health parameters.Looking forward to week 2!
  • I meal prepped yesterday (super easy and fast by the way) and made my first meal today. The umami mushroom and lentil stew was out of this world delicious! I had to come back and leave a comment.
