    2 yr old video and I’m now watching this. I recently decided I wanted to go vegan, 2 weeks to be exact. I already feel amazing!!! Back in 2012 I was diagnosed with pre diabetes and it was a scare for me, being that my mother is type 1 diabetic, so I decided to go vegan to get her aboard on this vegan life style.

    Please bring Tab back to the room!!! I am going more plant based diet because at only fifty-one years old I was diagnosed with Lupus & RA. I currently eat salmon, variety of fish, shrimp and baked chicken with a good helping of vegetables. And I definitely love to include garden salad. But this gives me more options and know how to knowledge! Thanks so much! I am now 57-years old and since I changed my lifestyle and diet I must agree that I feel great!
