  • Another week in the books. The nausea has been brutal one day it was an almost a hurl. Down from beginning weight from 221 to 186. Keep up the good work girl.

    HI Winnie! You and I share many of the same challenges: food noise, obsessive behaviors, stress. One of the biggest positives that I have when following a more healthy lifestyle is that my depression lessens. Not only does it keep my weight in check, it also makes me feel more in charge of how I handle other anxiety-inducing situation. For me, it’s great that I can zip up my jeans, but the “mental stuff” outweighs even that! I love that you are doing this for yourself and having success. You can do it, Winnie!!!! PS. Five inches is great (hee hee hee)! 🍌

    🍌 It’s really interesting hearing about how the food ‘noise’ still plays a part, even with weight loss assistance. Thanks for being honest, Winnie. Why is so much of life like a battle?! You certainly aren’t alone with being obsessive about things 🥴. I wouldn’t even think about what happens when your weight gets where you want it to be - that’s for future you to deal with. Getting the weight off now is the most important for your current health and you’re doing really well with staying consistent even when the weekly results are stubborn.

    Wow, your inch loss is amazing! So happy for you. I’m only on week two and down a couple of pounds. This nausea is killing me though! Last week I had a lot of headaches and that seems a bit better now. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this nausea will subside. 🍌

    Try Wasa crisps ( multi grain are the best ) or sourdough bread (has small list of ingredients)
  • W🍌W! The inches you’ve lost is amazing! We’ve been watching the incredible shrinking Winnie! 💖 I’ve been on a lull myself, no pounds down but man I feel the inches going down, I’m still eating 1200 calories and sticking to it, no weight loss meds yet, my insurance will cover it in 6-12 months so looking forward to that. I can’t walk normal yet from my spine surgeries so I can only do so much exercise but I do for my recovery and I have a standing glider like an elliptical. I plan to up how long and how many times a week I use it.
