Because of you and Greg Doucette, I was able to lose 70 pounds in 5 months and keep it off for over 1 1/2 years. Thanks guys.

I'm a month into my 100lb Weight Loss journey and i'm down 13lbs! Feeling super good, super motivated, not restricting in a negative way, eating to feel good while also couting calories and macros... I never would have imagined i'd lose 13lbs in one month but it was a very nice kick start. Loved this video! Super motivating.
  • It's actually crazy about how on point you were with the morning weigh in part. I always take what I see on the scale as a make or break thing, and it dictates my mood and habits for the rest of the day. I enjoyed this vid, and the tips. Thanks Will!

3 years ago I lost 30 lbs through starvation and self hate and then quit. This year Iā€™ve lost 30 lbs through healthy lifestyle changes and self love and am still going strong. This channel has really helped me learn how to take care of my body and inspires me daily. Thanks for all that you do. šŸ„°

Not only was this entertaining, but it was educational and genuine. Thank you for sharing your truth in the ending. It really hit home. You should be proud of yourself for being so wholesome and endorsing a healthy lifestyle. I appreciate you and your videos very much!

I went from 340lbs to 210lbs in 6 months by going cold turkey and cutting out all the junk food, intermittent fasting and took at least 25,000 steps a day 5 days a week. I've kept it off for over a year now. Cutting out all the junk also forced me to learn how to cook so there's that.

I weigh myself every morning as well and I didn't think about it, but it really does affect my mood significantly lol. Good idea on doing weekly averages!
  • I'm about to hit 100 lbs overweight after 2 years of eating like crap and not exercising. I used to weigh 156 and now I'm hitting 250. This video is a godsend, my man!

I loved your journey! The way you filmed made it look very personal and I thought about myself, back in the days too. Thanks for being who you are, your channel was one of the best discoveries Iā€™ve made in the last year on YouTube ā¤

Love the story telling and the transparency of your weight-loss journey. It's nice to hear someone else who had similar thought processes like I did. I'm coming back into a better state of fitness and well-being now, and your channel has been a great supplementation. Also, you're hilarious. Love the balance you have on pertinent info and comedy.

I'm sorry to hear about what you went through. It sounds a lot like what I did back in high school as well. I'm so glad you've grown and learned! Your body thanks you. I like that you mention what you should've been doing instead as well because It kinda helps me put things into perspective as well.
