  • I have added this to my favorites. I have been listening/practicing Sara’s Wonderful meditations for several years now. I have recently experienced two illnesses, back to back and, have been working diligently to heal my body. This particular one took me to a place of immensely deep, restorative relaxation as I take care of/help raise my grandchildren and cannot ‘afford’ to be sick. I will be attempting to bring myself back to this feeling throughout today. Thank you for this meditation, Sara. Listening to you has changed my life in so many ways and, I will forever be deeply grateful🥰
