About EndFatigue
Our mission at EndFatigue.com is to provide education and resources to visitors who are seeking advice on improving energy, sleep and many other health topics of broad interest. The ideas advocated here are based on Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum's 30 years of clinical experience treating chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia, as well as sleep and pain issues. As an internationally known expert on these topics, he has published numerous books and research studies, including his landmark published research on CFS/FMS (published in the Journal of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) in which he presents his unique S.H.I.N.E. protocol approach for treatment. Much of the advice presented at this site is based on how S.H.I.N.E. can optimize overall energy and health.

  • I pray everyone here recovering and restoring your health and happiness. Much love 💕.

I wish he'd call it was it really is: Deep, dark, drop-dead fatigue that causes the inability to function. It isn't "chronic fatigue," or even "fatigue." It is Chronic Fatigue Immune Deficiency Syndrome, also known as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (neuroimmune disorder). The false name has had a significant negative impact on what others have understood about my disease. I have been second-guessed, told it was in my head, etc. etc. ALL because the name is WRONG!
  • Decades of low quality sleep. Long hours of sleep but never once wake up refreshed. It's been a sad life.
  • I was diagnosed with ME/Fibromyalgia two years ago, and after being fit and hardworking my entire life, it has ruined everything....It is refreshing to hear someone be understanding, sensible, and offering an insight to becoming more well....

I just have to find the money now for all of these supplements. Being on disability, it's hard to even find an extra $5. It's another component that makes this disease hard, no health to work, and no money to get the treatment, meds, supplements, or appointments to get better. Trapped. 😭
  • It would help if we had a competent medical industry, instead of one built on keeping people sick and billing insurance companies.

I sleep 9-10 hours but am still exhausted every waking minute
  • I love this man.. He explained more to me than any Dr in the last 15yrs
  • Thanks from my heart, Doctor. I observed tremendous positive results just after 2 weeks of following your treatment. My condition is improving noticeable, after suffering for 20 years. Thanks again.
  • Thank you for this video. I am crying watching it because I feel hope for the first time in years
  • This is only the second time I have ever commented on another persons videos on YouTube. I would like to give you a huge thank you for conveying what I have been experiencing for the last 5 years of my life. Long story short, I spent six years in the military deploying all over the world and it caused me to blow a fuse along the way. I was recently diagnosed with CFS by the VA and I am just grateful to finally have a name for the multitude of symptoms I experience on a daily basis. Thank you again for making such a comprehensive video!
  • My life was before severe /ME and after. Ambitious , sporty , perfectionist& driven. Was famous for juggling 100 balls at same time. On top of the world . After emergency c-section With a baby ended up in wheelchair! Yes it is all in your head, you have depression etc after 3 year of different diagnosis like MS etc told me you have FM/ME. I cried atleast knew am not crazy. I know now that I burnt myself & my body out. I lost my career as pharm D. Still no one understand & gets me. Still do too much for my family . This year became 50, and DT2 as well due to reduced mobility . My cortisol has been x20 normal levels and that makes it difficult to lose belly fat. If I could live in deserted island , with no responsibilities and no one to expect too much of me, I would feel better. I am never pain free even with fentanyl patches , SSRIs etc .

I’m glad you said doctors are clueless diagnosis for thyroid and crohns took years. I believe I will probably die from old age before I am properly diagnosed for fatigue.
  • @MsHeaddy
I read years ago that approximately 78% of people with fibromyalgia had previously suffered a severe neck injury. I can say it’s 100% true in my situation.
  • @CambioJoe
You may have chronic fatigue if you’ve fallen asleep watching this video while taking notes... twice and then still never got to the end.
  • At last someone who gives hope and no nonsense information with great humour and positivity. Thankyou 👌

Wish we had a good rheumatologist near our home. And one who recognizes stress, from pain and missing life, actually cared about people. I take pain meds, and they help a little. I dropped one med completely. I blew a fuse years ago. Been in pain 23 years, I’m about done. Maybe it’s time to look into holistic help. You’re a great Teacher, and it’s refreshing to finally hear someone believe we are sick. 🙏

Wow I wish my doctor knew this! I’m going to try to do it myself as I live in the UK. Thanks for putting it out there I ‘m so grateful
