🛑 I'm your host Stephanie and behind the camera, you have my sister Cloud (☁️). I started cooking at 4 years of age. What?! Yes (LOL) I pulled up a chair and my first choice was to fry an egg. I was hungry and that’s all I have to say about that experience. I would like to say I’m completely self-taught in the kitchen, but I have the lovely women in my family to thank. They taught me to honor my ancestors and to make my Mexican Cuisine comfortable for my home. I thank our creator for my curiosity and my never-ending search for the next gastronomic satiation. Cooking is a huge part of my daily life as I prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for my two American Korean/Mexican boys. I know who does that these days? Me, I homeschool my two boys and I’m grateful for every moment spent. ❤️ If you love our spectacular homemade recipes, Please take the time to Subscribe and support our channel. Don't forget to click the bell for notifications. We upload new recipes Sunday- Wednesday. After all, we wouldn't be here without you 😘 Thank you 💕

Thank you for this. I don’t have a mom, grandmother or a tia to teach me. This felt like having a family member show me. ❤️
  • I've never had a family and I've never had friends. I grew up in an orphanage. Thank you for teaching me so many things about cooking Mexican food which I believe is my culture.
  • @troytexx
Love how you say, "friends," it's very polite and respectful to viewers. Definitely something that makes you stand above other cooking personalities. Great job!

Im a Mexican guy who’s mother never allowed him in the kitchen. Now I’m married to a wonderful Vietnamese woman and I’m trying to learn how to make a simple salsa. Thanks so much for this video. You got me as a fan. And you’re funny as heck too, keep it up.

You have no idea how happy you have made me! I literally go to a local Mexican just to buy chips and salsa because I could not figure out how they made their fresh salsa. The salsa is spot on and almost makes me cry. ❤️

  • Holy crap, we've tried to make homemade salsa. My wife is an amazing cook, but we've never been super successful with salsa. After watching this, we made the fire roasted salsa and it's our new favorite. We'll be making this every week because our family goes through A LOT of salsa. Thank you so much for this!!!! Serious life changer🙌
  • Am I the only one who only clicks on videos of Latin food made by Latin people when I’m looking for recipes?
  • @revcounselor
Fantastic! Exactly the kind of salsa we were looking for. Thank you for considering us committed onion haters. Very few cooks respect our disdain for onions. That was refreshing to hear.
