Important‼️Calorie deficit ≠ starving. You can also be in a calorie deficit by doing bodybuilding and cardio, your body needs energy to build and maintain muscle, which it will get from your fat of you're eating even in a slight deficit.

Eat your protein, veggies, fruits and nuts. Figure out how much water you need to drink daily, walk for 30 minutes a day(or just move), get into tea, soups and honey. Focus on the lifestyle vs calorie counting, how your clothes fit and educate yourself on different meal recipes( it doesn’t have to be boring meals), how cooking different herbs enhance the benefits of the meal. I found losing weight is fun when you change your mindset, also do some inner work to see how your relationship with food got the way it is (healthy or unhealthy) loving yourself is the main catalyst for change. This was my less stressful way to lose weight.

This is straight to the point and concise. Influencers on social media always try to make getting in shape and losing weight sound so complicated. It really isn’t. If you practice long term consistency with clean diet and training, then you can’t lose.
