Close Encounter with the PHOENIX LIGHTS UFO March 13, 1997 David Parker

I saw the Phoenix Lights up close with my mom and older brother. We used to live in the middle of the desert away from any cities off of highway AZ-79 right between Florence and Tucson, so it must've been not too long after it passed Phoenix. Basically, our neighbor called my mom and told her to go outside and look up. So she hung up all confused and went outside and saw it RIGHT above our house. She didn’t realize that my brother and I followed and were right behind her the whole time. Once she noticed we were right behind her, she screamed, “GET BACK IN THE HOUSE!!!” and we all ran back inside. I was just a child but fortunately, I had my mom (who was 36 years old at the time) and older brother see it with me or else it would've made me question my own memory and sanity. I remember looking up and seeing with my own eyes the unfathomable size of this spaceship-looking craft, the lights on it, it producing no sound or wind or heat, how it was directly over our home, and that it was moving extremely slowly. When I finally brought it up to my mom a few years ago, I let her explain what she remembers so that I knew my memory hadn't failed me. But one thing I can't remember is if we were able to see up and into the "lights" so I'll have to ask her if she remembers anything like that. Your description of the light source being like lava coming down then gravitating up towards the craft is incredible and also the colorful mist trails is so interesting. I'll ask her if she saw anything like that too because she said she peeked out the window at it after we all ran back inside. I guessed that it was at least 2 football fields wide but I wouldn't doubt if it was closer to a mile wide. I would say it was also 30 feet above us. It's funny that you mentioned that it was close enough to throw a rock at because that exact thought has always stuck in my head too, that one of us could've thrown a rock and hit it. When I finally stopped being afraid to talk about it to my friends and family many years back, I always told them it was close enough to throw a rock at...but yet it was so quiet, completely silent. So how could such a large object be lifted or propelled or hovering without creating significant noise? I've thought about that night ever since then which was strangely the beginning of my childhood because it is my very first formed memory in life, I was just barely over 3 and a half years old. I've always wondered if it shaped my personality because I've always been very intuitive, had unusually strong senses or connections with people/animals/etc, and people have always described me as extremely humble, patient, and just different in general. I especially felt different when I was a kid growing up but now as a 30 year old I still carry this indescribable feeling (or whatever it is) to this day. Thank you so much for sharing your story, it means a lot to me as someone who was once too terrified and shy to speak about my experience. Sometimes I wish there was a gathering of some sort to talk to other people who saw it or had similar experiences.

Still one of the best stories about the Phoenix Lights and definitely the most detailed one re. the craft itself.

I had a similar experience in London in 1997! I was in the backseat of a car that was driving over Putney bridge, and when I looked out the window I saw just above a tall building a large bright globe of light. As I stared at it I was thinking to myself 'what is that?', and then I realized that even though it was bright it was not illuminating anything around it. I lost sight of it as we turned after crossing the bridge and I was straining to catch sight of it again. I was shouting to the other people if they had seen it and I asked the driver to stop and got out. Then suddenly, looking up at the sky above London, a huge V shaped craft with round lights underneath flew overhead - it was massive and made absolutely no sound whatsoever. I couldn't understand why the whole of London wasn't seeing it and later no one was talking about it! It was a mind-expanding experience. I mean, I believed already theoretically that there was likely extraterrestrial life/beings, but this experience just expanded my consciousness and it now wasn't just theory. I was telling other people what I saw but was getting some crazy looks :-) I told my flat mate about it and described what I saw, and he just nodded sympathetically. He used to have to get up early at 5 am for work and that very next morning he rushed into my room to tell me that he had just seen on the BBC news a report about the Phoenix Lights and that he had seen the exact same UFO I had described to him the day before. That was very cool corroboration. I waited for the next BBC news reports but the Phoenix Lights were not mentioned again that day! Anyway, that is the story of what happened to me in 1997, and I cherish deeply the experience I was given.

I guess you know by now there were likely multiple objects cruising that night. Most of them different shapes to each other, and all huge. I'm wondering if it was tourism, with Earth being the destination that night? A group of real estate agents saw quite a few figures looking out the window on one of these things. Thanks for speaking publicly about this. It's one of the most interesting cases ever. I've seen a few things in the sky, and two of them had in common a deep and unfathomable red/orange illumination, one on part of its surface, the other the whole surface, of which was so beautiful yet unfamiliar.

Fascinating! Regarding the "liquid lava" artefacts, beneath the UFO; what if it isn't part of the propulsion system, but the Ship's "tasting and testing" system? From your wonderfully detailed description, it struck me that the Ship was tasting everything. That's why it was so low, and was going so slowly. (Compared to how fast it could go and remain undetected). The sensation of the "flag/fish tail" seemed to be part of this. A "sensory" field which was part of the ship, which struck me also as being an organic organism for some reason. Also, because you can always see outside the usual parameters of most people, you may have seen aspects that others wouldn't see anyway, like the "waving flag" part.

David, have you met any other witness's that felt the same gratitude feelings?

It had its own gravity? Did you feel being able to jump higher or being pulled towards it?

David, regarding your good feeling after the Phoenix sighting, ET capable of interdimensional and thereby interstellar function are high idealed. They use high frequency expanded mind to be wherever they choose. They live in very light environs but visit dense planets to be of help. Our good intentions are like a beacon to them, so they would have been aware of your work. Encouraging good works is their way. I tell you this from experience. Regarding noisy underground construction in the desert, dark gov ops connecting secure facilities. Regarding tall insect type person, not uncommon in the galaxy. Very kind and gentle.
