The easily treatable cause of fibromyalgia doctors don't get told about

Published 2022-09-02
Scientists found the cause of fibromyalgia over a decade ago, and it’s easily treatable, but selling drugs is a big business so doctors don’t get told. I don’t own any shares in drug companies so I’m happy to tell you all about it.

Massage cripples me as a fibro person. No way can this do anything but cause me more pain. One size does not fit all. I’ve been living with fibro for fourty four years. I got enough self care info from the multiple pain clinics I’ve experienced during that time until now. The best thing I did was adopt the ketogenic lifestyle. Most of my improvements have come from changing the foods I eat. Type 2 diabetes is now controlled by diet and I no longer take medications. Hope this helps someone.

Thank you, Dr. Graeme! Very interesting information! I noticed that my fibro gets so much worse with certain foods. And I’m not talking about junk food, or fatty foods, which I do not eat to make this clear. But the pain increases with many of the so called healing foods - fruits and vegetables. They are highly detoxing. So I believe that fibromyalgia also has a lot to do with the state of our gut and liver etc. and all the bugs and pathogens and bacteria that thrive inside our system. The more toxic we are, the sicker we often will feel. And fibro is just part of all the possible ailments we may get throughout the years.

Back condition was the start of my pain, took thirty years to find somebody who managed a 90% fix in minutes - chiropractor - my spineous processes were impacting as injury caused scoliosis.

Was going to a chiropractor in Memphis for about year to help with my fibromyalgia, one day I was discussing it with him, he said he and most chiropractors don't believe in fibromyalgia. All that damn money I spent and insurance doesn't cover it, the maintenance never makes my fibromyalgia pain go away. I obviously never spent another day with him.

I was sent to a rheumatologist was told I had raised antibody titer. Then had more tests and bloodwork and was told it was fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. I still have a raised antibody titer and keep having to have bloodwork I’m so confused and tired of pain.
  • @tjfreno69
'Causes blood chemistry to change' if this is the case as you say then it would be detectable on blood tests, which we've been told it is in fact Not. So how have you come to this conclusion? But other specialists haven't been able to?

  • How often are you suggesting to do this 30 second tx per trigger point? 2x day? Week? For chronic.. Literal decades for some of my trigger point areas..

I own that massage tool, different brand. It works, but it hurts as it's breaking up the hardened facia around the muscles.. I found lots of water and green tea together w.the massage tool help to expel the lossened facia. My message therapist also told me as she massaged I would feel drainage down my throat ..and boy, .. did I. This is because the pressure from deep tissue massage drains the lymphatic system. Giving us relief. I highly recommend the massage tool.

Could this be used for someone who deals with endometriosis pain? The pain is all over their body including the uterus.
