Several Oakland BART stations were reopened following a systemwide weekend outage, and the Red Line resumed service Monday morning, the agency said. Thom Jensen reports.

    I was 10 minutes away from Dublin/Pleasanton station last night when inexplicably we were let off at the Castro Valley station with our train being "out of service" even though it seemed to be running good. I got to the Dublin/Pleasanton station 70 minutes later as we waited 30 minutes for the next Dublin train and then it kept pausing for another 30 minutes along the way. It was pretty frustrating.
