Can Painful Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Actually Be Cured? (Controversial)

Published 2022-07-08
Curing lumbar spinal stenosis has long been debated in the medical field. It’s usually treated with medications, injections, and invasive surgeries.

And yet most people with lumbar spinal stenosis still end up getting worse over time.

Are we missing the boat? Is spinal stenosis really a condition that has no chance of improving?

Absolutely NOT!

We see people in our clinic improve all the time!

But talk about healing rather than curing the condition. There’s a difference.

Here is the program Dr. David mentioned to help address the root problem of lumbar spinal stenosis. 👇

Two different surgeons looked into my issues. My Lumbar verts looked like a derailed train. They suggested fusing the bottom 6 vents in my back. The third surgeon told me he was conservative and that surgery usually reduces pain but does not remove the pain. He suggested a book called Foundation: redefine your core.Goodman and Parks. I was taking 28 mg of dilaudid per day just to function. I did those exercises from the book and with in 2 months I was off the meds. Ive been doing the routine for 10 years now and I am 65. I lift weights and ride my exercise bike. I use the Foundation exercises for a warm up 3 days a week. takes 15 minutes. Ive suggested this to many people. My son and son in laws all have had success getting out of pain from job injuries. Please take a look. The stretches and movements are a great help in balancing my muscles. I have had no surgery on my back.

  • I have had four operations on my back for spinal stenosis but all have been unsuccessful except one but this only helped with the pain for a couple of years. .I have only just found this site and was wondering if it is too late get any help using your info which i would have love to have had ten years ago,i am now 80 years old but istill go down the gym and keep in reasonable shape for my age.I can ride a bike ,sleep no problem, sitting no problem but i live in Devon England and there are such beautiful walks ,it is so annoying for me, so i will try your video on walking as this is a real problem as i can only walk 200 yds and then i have to stop and sit if i can but i find bending over also gives me relief.

I was diagnosed with lumbar stenosis about 15 years ago, but have never really had pain. My worst issue is when I walk I can’t keep myself upright without it affecting my legs and then I can hardly walk unless I use a walker or cane. Never had surgery. Hoping to be able to take the 28 day program.
