I saw a Tik-Tok of a fan company claiming this fan was extremely durable. So I bought one to test myself.

Whatever you do, don't come up to Cody and tell him you're a fan

Held up surprisingly well Also they used plastic since plastic flexes and returns to shape usually and is lighter A stamped metal blade is very weak A machined metal blade would be indestructible basically but it would be pretty heavy and expensive

He is one of the few youtubers that doesn't clickbait. Watching him destroy shit and watch people get pissed off is very entertaining

OMG Hilux's are so good they actually Re-spawn! 😳
  • My first experience with big ass fans was when we had a commander's call in an aircraft hangar with a big ass fan installed. The blades were insane. That thing moves so much air it was ridiculous.

That freaking cliffhanger man. I love your honest product reviews it really helps me choose which fans will be best for mulching fruit.

I've missed this sort of content from WhistlinDiesel. Him destroying shit got me hooked years ago, hopefully he will keep this genre going. Sports cars are cool but seeing shit get destroyed and people's heads exploding is better

Vehicle crash testing facilities should hire this guy for real world scenarios

Video was great but the best part was the beginning when the ladder fell then he climbed it again and carried a crutch with him that was hilarious
  • Next time you are doing a “durability test “ you should call me. I think I could help provide valuable data.

Went from testing the durability of a Toyota Hilux to testing the durability of everything else using the Toyota Hilux to drag it

We have Big ass fans all through our factory here at Volvo / Mac production plant. We have the massive 20' wide bladed fans all through the place and they do a great job. In my early Apprenticeship they would make us go up and change the belts on the motors. You don't realize how friggen big these things are until you're way up in the air on a scissor lift. The blades are like a carbon fiber outside with metal frame.

End Toyota start up was hilarious. Love the R&D video. Keep up the content.

Literally has hundreds of acres, but does "Watermelon Time", indoors...😂 Finally some WD "testing"!

I didn't believe it was a $2300 fan so I looked it up and sure enough it's a $2300 fan. I wouldn't pay more than $300, I don't care how tough it is.
  • I used to get bombed(drunk) with my pal in a town of 2000 narcissists, and binge watch these videos, I have so much care and respect for guy filming. And Josh
  • Damn what did that fan do to you? I have never seen so much fan disrespect before lol
