Glad to see you out and about Bill, there's no stopping you now! Today is my day 12 on Carnivore and I'm excited! Looking to heal my spine from several issues, most recently compression fractures on 3 vertebrae from a fall. Eating steaks, roasts, eggs, butter, tallow and homemade bone broth. Pain is slightly better already. Going to get a vibration plate. Stay safe, will be praying for all of you with that fire.
