  • My mom lived to 108, she fasted every Thursday and ate a green salad every day. She had no arthritis, no cancer, she enjoyed perfect eye sight. She died one week after receiving a flu shot. She was a dietician and always prepared healthy meals for her family.

Amazing show, Thank you both for sharing life sustaining information. At 75, lost 45lb I'm now down to one meal a day but drink a lot of fluids, walk, sleep well, dance to my fav, music and love life and young people. letting go of sugar was the hardest thing to do. But, eventually my mind set was winning. Life is good

  • I had cancer twice in my life, probably from stressful jobs. Now at 63, I’ve retired, eat healthy foods, 8hours of sleep, yoga, tie-chi, walk and hike.

I come from third world country Cambodia and lots of the poor elderly are living over 100 years. One Cambodian lady is 120 and still alive and active. Because they don't have much food to eat, I guess. They eat very healthy and fresh unlike here in the USA
  • @AnnMitt
Eat less often is the first advice. I believe this to be true. I feel so much better when I skip breakfast and lunch.
  • My exercise is walking and working . At work im on my feet 99% of the time.
  • I've been listening to this interview with interest. I'm Vegetarian and have been eating organically for 55 years. I don't put anything toxic in or on my body. I look at my body metrics every day early morning and eat to maintain my metabolic age between 15 and 20 years younger than my chronological age....I don't fast...except from after dinner to breakfast the next morning. Probably a time frame of 15 hours as I take certain supplements that need to be taken away from food before I can eat my first meal. I have maintained this metabolic age for over 20 years.

I keep listening to this over and over while I am walking or at the gym or on my electrical scooter …. Absolutely grateful to all what you have been doing for all of us, Dr. Sinclair and super impressed with the line of questions, Lewis …. It is like you are asking all the questions on my mind …. Very well done 👍
  • Both you guy’s are so cool and David is beyond encyclopaedic, he’s equivalent to at least the state library of a major capital city, blows me away in a very sweet way.

Dr Sinclair, I found your episode is very safe and truthful most reliable down to earth meaningful. Hearty thanks

Exercise reduces stress and improves cardiovascular health. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Ride to work, ride to school or ride for fun. A bicycle should be your first choice for short distance travel. Getting children and adults away from computer screens and on to a bicycle would improve health and longevity.
