was it shipped flatpacked? i ask because usually all gym equipment is made in china and i found this with the base for about 230usd excluding shipping, but obviously if its shipped assembled it will cost a bit in freight.

It's been 2 years and the price is $999 still. I think there's a patent that prevents other companies from designing anything close to this.

Thank you for the review. It definitely looks easy to replicate. With that said quality is hard to find and good equipment is expensive. Question I have is it QUALITY?

Iam curious about the bar where you hold it with your hands- does the grip rotate as well, or do I get bad blister after couple times of using it?
