    I made one month and my fingers is looking like the picture of the video. They are thinner and longer than the first time that I started to exercise. Pls like my comment it was really hard to make this every day 2 times. Don't forget to make this exercise every night and morning.❤😊

    всем привет,буду делать это упражнение 2 недели,по 2 раза в день. 1 день-✅ничего в принципе не изменилось. Сделала только один раз. 2 день-✅вроде бы немного есть изменения но они почти не заметны. Сделала два раза) 3 день-✅или мне кажется или же мои пальцы стала немного длинеее) было не больно сделала 2 раза. 4 день-✅ 5 день-✅ 6 день-✅ 7 день-✅ пальцы как будто реально стали длиннее 8 день-✅ 9 день-забылааа 10 день-✅не знаю почему но когда делаю это упражнение меня тянет спать 11 день-✅ 12 день-проститеее опять забыла 13 день-✅ 14 день-✅ пальцы стали худе Спасибо тем кто лайкал мой комент и поддерживали меня,вы лучшие!!   • Doing this for 2 weeks 2 times! Day 1: ✅ Pain but no difference Day 2: ✅ Became slightly thinner Day 3: ✅ Thinner but not longer Day 4: ✅ Became a bit thinner Day 5: ✅ Quite pain but no difference Day 6: ✅ Not that pain anymore and there is a slight difference!Day 7: ✅ Became thinner! Day 8: ✅ Not pain and no difference Day 9: ✅ No difference still Day 10: ✅ A bit thinner! Day 11: ✅ Was a little too harsh this time so it hurt a lot 😅 Day 12: ✅ No difference Day 13: ✅ Slight difference! Day 14: ✅ Complete! Overall this exercise is very good! My knuckles are more prominent and my hands are definitely longer and skinnier than before! ❤🎉 Edit: OMG! Thank you everyone for so many likes! 😊

    Doing this for seven day’s Day 1: no results yet but the exercises and really relaxing that I could probably do this exercise more than 3 times a day,super time consuming too! My hands were a bit tired put but the tiring ness only last for maybe 5 minutes. I’ve done this 3 times today and I will update about tomorrow soon see you on day 2. Day 2: my hands have got the tiniest bit slimmer and I see the progress a tiny bit.I have done the exercise three times today because my hands hurt a little bit,but it’s probably because I did a bunch of writing and homework before the exercise, I’m planning on doing this exercise three times a day. Day 3: my hands have got a bit slimmer but only probably because I’ve done this three times a day three times in a row.I’m getting more confident with my fingers and less insecure,my hands hurt a bit because I haven’t given them a rest all day and because of the exercise. It’s starting to get a bit boring of this routine since I’ve already gotten a bit of the results. I’ll still update you guys and do it every day. Day 4:I’m feeling way more confident than I was starting the exercise/routine it’s boosted my confidence a lot, I’ve done this 1 time today because I’ve been busy and my device is running low on battery, but once it’s charged again I will do this two more times today. So happy with the results even though the challenge hasn’t even finished yet. I’ll keep updating! Day 5:my hands have became a lot slimmer. And I’m very confident. I did the exercise three times and I’m hoping to do this exercise five times on day six to make up for day 4, since I only did it once then. My hands hurt a little bit but overall I am happy with the results. Day 6: I’m happy with how my hands are looking so far I’ve only done this exercise once and that’s what I’m going to be doing on day seven because I feel like I am overworked my hands with doing it for three times a day and it’s taking up too much time,I will keep updating but my hands have gotten skinner. Day 7: the results are so good!! This video helped me get over my insecurities of my hands being chubby. They are skinner and appear to be longer too! I definitely recommend this exercise. Overall 10/10 if you want me to keep updating and doing for maybe 14 days I’d be more then happier too please leave on comment if I should thanks <333 Day 8: I see the difference so much and I love this workout my fingers and hands have burned a lot of fat from this exercise. My hands hurt a tiny bit but it is worth it, the workout is so easy to do. I love this workout so much definitely putting this to my favourites. Day 9: my finger look almost identical to the hands in the thumbnail picture! It’s worked so much and I am so confident now I recommend this workout so much it helps so much and it is only like 7 minutes a day! I’ll keep updating even though it looks like I’ve got the results already. Day 10: I can’t believe I’ve gotten this far, my hands hurt a bit I did this exercise when I was bored today too. I also did what I could remember at school too! This exercise helps pass the time in my opinion and good for when you are bored. Day 11: so much more confident now I definitely recommend this even though I’ve said this before but it helps so much,I feel much happier even thought it’s just my hand getting leaner, if your wonder how to lose face fat gum helps a lot to chew it’s good to chew gum for an hour or two helps take away face fat a lot. Day 12: my fingers are so much skinner and leaner now growing my nails help them look longer but remember that exercises can make your hands longer but it’s mostly from genetics so if you have long hands you are rlly lucky lol, I have a bit longer then medium. But my hands will probably grow longer in the future this exercise is so fun lol. Day 13: ty for all the likes and support I hope I encourage someone to do this exercise too! My fingers are so much leaner and a tiny bit longer then before. The exercise is almost ending it’s gone by quick if you want me to do this for a week more let me know please. Day 14: LAST DAY MY HANDS ARE SO MUCH BETTER THIS EXERCISE HELPED ME SO MUCH I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS EXERCISE ITS 100/10 PLEASE TRY IT, IT WILL BOOST YOUR CONFIDENCE SO MUCH <3 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Tip 1: growing your nails will help appear to make your fingers look longer.     Day 1 - no change but the exercise is very relaxing Day 2- no difference also Day 3- a little difference but almost like none Day4- my fingers have got quite long but not slim Day5- no difference Day6- my fingers have got a little slim Day7- I see a lot of difference today Day8- my fingers have got long Day9- no difference today Day10- my fingers have become very slim and long Day11- the result is awesome I only tried for 11 days but my fingers have become very much better. Sorry for late update I was in hospital for 3 weeks . I have some health problems going on

    i just started it today so i’ll list the things/changes i observe and keep updating this comment on daily basis. day 1 :: it was good. though there was no change, no pain. it was relaxing, yes. i can’t wait to see the results. day 2 :: just as day 1, but it aches a bit. And my hands feel relaxed day 2.5 :: did it two times for today just because i was free. nothing special tho day 3 :: my hand was paining, but after i did this excercise it felt better. no change though day 4 :: did what i could remember in my school day 5 :: forgot to do it. day 6 :: just did it. guess i’m going to see the change soon, but no change for now. i’m not sure, but i think my fingers got a tad bit longer (?) if u ever see this, like this comment so i’ll get reminded that i’ve to update this incase i forget.
