Gluten, processed sugars and soy are inflammatory as well
-
Something without dairy does not sound like a Mediterranean diet TBH, I cant imagine French, Spanish, Italian or Greek table with no cheese on it.
-
any follow-up on this study?

I tried Keto, Fasting. NOthing worked. My symptoms got worse

Grains are very often a source of inflammation so you should be very careful in recommending them to a multiple sclerosis individual

Ok that was 3 years ago so what happened?

It's actually 971,000 people in the US with MS. And grains should be avoided. Eat quality meat and fish.
-
I believe either Americans or Japanese or Israelis will find a solution to MS lupus etc

Note the focus on non-measurable reporting. How about some cultures before and after? No? Junk science, totally influenced by social and cultural factors.
-
Seriously, try keto. Stay away from Glenn, lectins, and sugar.
-
Look into the HPA axis and the lymphatic system during REM sleep. People are being treated with oxytocin so account for this in diet. GABA in diet can help with a more productive REM sleep to flush out inflammation. To start I would include eggs, figs and citrus.

Some closed caption so I know what's being said.
