I honestly wanna cry with how well this helped, it’s currently 3 am and I was randomly having a sudden burst of anxiety and having an attack. Some push-ups did help a bit but this helped way more

This was very pleasing. I'm having trouble with anxiety. As I listened and breathed, I became very relaxed, then a thought emerged in my mind..."If they put a jump scare in the middle of this meditation video I'm going to have a heart attack!"
  • I have a very irrational fear of vomit and every time this anxiety gets triggered, I always find myself back at the video. Thank you so much for posting this video this is the only one that’s helped😭👍

I was stressed, I could feel muscles in my face twitching. This slow paced video made me want to do something else but I persevered because that was exactly what I needed, I had to slow down, be quiet for 10 minutes and just breathe. It's so simple, yet during the day I didn't realize I was just losing it. I'm still not 100% but I'm for sure better than I was before the video, thank you for this!

This is very helpful. Thank you for the moderately slow pace, it was perfect. I have issues with not breathing properly due to chronic stress and GAD, so this will be a great practice.

Very nice. The voice is soothing and the cues are paced appropriately for a shift to the PNS to occur. I am sharing this with friends and family. Thank you! ❤
