The first apt at 250... change the bed and add a bit more warmth and it can be considered.

With the money I could save staying with a long term lease I would choose the first one! I'm a minimalist! With the extra money I had every month I could make that apt very homey and comfortable ๐ I also would have a crap load of extra money to enjoy myself and eat way good seriously free internet and electricity! Wow I had to rewatch the 1st one 5 times only concern is was the internet and water pressure good at the 1st one. Thx for sharing Dan you're awesome dude! Stay safe and be careful of volcanoes ๐

I could be very happy in any of those apartments! Some are prettier or roomier than others but my focus in going there would be to enjoy whatโs outside of the apartment (the Guatemalan people, the beautiful terrain, beautiful towns, delicious food, local music, etc...). Iโd love to go back there one day for an extended visit (2-3 months). Que dios bendiga los guatemaltecos!
