    When I still lived in AZ and CO, I saw dudes in NM and AZ smoking their chilis. I'm guessing they roasted it like you did after it was smoked. The taste of those chilis were out of this world.
  • Hey Brad love your videos and I started making my own briskets with your help. They came out Fantasteic as you say. I also live in Texas (San Antonio area) and our family loves queso. I also grew up in the Northeast (NY) and queso is def a Texas thing but it is amazing. Might have to try this out, looks togood to not.
