  • It’s your brother from an Australian mother here, I just did something no one else on YT has done and I’m giving you this gift to try for yourself and expose it to the world you will love it, I cold smoked eggs in their shell for 12 hours, lo and behold the smoke flavour penetrated the shell and they were awesome, trust me it’s a game changer, I had them on a reverse sear rib eye and holy crap

  • I like to slice them up into 1/2" thick pieces, line them up in a row, drizzle with ranch, Franks Red Hot sauce & fine cut parsley (for presentation) and serve them as BBQ sushi. Next version: Stuff the jalapeno with a mozzarella string cheese stick, wrap in your spicy italian sausage and then wrap in Italian style bacon...Drizzle with marinara!   • A 1/2" spiral drill bit is also DOPE for getting seeds and the "core" out of jalepenos. The flutes of the drill bit draw the seeds and stuff OUT of the pod. It's dope! (I already said that).
