One thing that really stands out to me in Magnus' videos is how positive, supportive and encouraging the climbing community is. Everybody is cheering each other on and trying to get the best out of each other. No machismo, pettiness or over-competitiveness. Just good vibes!

I am loving the videos Magnus! You brought something up in passing in this video that I would love to hear you go more in depth about. You mentioned how one of the climbers was fully crimping and you asked if he had been injured. I am working towards climbing upper 5.12s and I just had a finger injure (from monos). I am wondering what your thoughts are on finger training/care - should I always avoid full crimps, even when projecting climbs over my onsight ability? I'd love to hear what works for you.
