How to stay calm and unruffled in the face of windup artists, close family members and friends, conscious or unconscious triggers.

Trigger statements or questions:

1. Unconscious - randomers
2. (professional!) windup artists
3. Family/friends - acting out, pushing buttons.

1. How to handle it?

- Decide how much energy you are willing to spend on this situation.

2. How to save your temper -

i) walk away (go journal, smoke, make tea, draw, walk, run, punch a pillow etc)

ii) take a breath if you can't escape, practice not reacting.

iii) make a joke - the ultimate win in mastering your sensitivity!
