I truly believe in giving people a second chance. We all make mistakes and life is short. If the second chance does not work then you know you tried and then you move on. I miss my boyfriend so much, he left a month ago and has given me breadcrumbs since. I would love for him to return ❤

Well, this video is for me. I'm on day 71 of no contact (NC). At this point, I don't think we will ever get back together. I still love my ex, and if I could, I would marry him. We were in a 5-year relationship. However, I'm starting to focus on moving on to protect my mental health.

Guys and gals, yes, you could get your ex back in this way, but think of it this way, do you really want a person who appreciates you AFTER he or she tried other people and then comes back to you? What makes you think he or she will not do this again. If they really cared that much they wouldn't have left you in the first place in search for better options. Choose a person that chooses you, have some self respect. I always say the person who leaves you is doing you a favor. If they come back because of the emotional stress you can be sure they will leave again after that stress is gone, that is just who they are and how they see themselves in relation with you.

The key to making NC work is to work on yourself too. I was completely blindsided when my LD ex told me this relationship was not fulfilling and he wouldn’t like to keep his options open. I made sure to ask him (in a rational tone, no begging, no yelling) the reasons for the breakup and once he told me he would like to meet other girls nearer to him one day I didn’t beg but said ok. By this time I’ve had a bit of experience with law of assumption and NC so I calmed down pretty quickly. Fast forward 5 months later, he is chasing me, said he had a dream about me two weeks ago but all of these wouldn’t have happened had I sulked all days and begged all nights. And I went on a date with this other guy for the first time in a long time which went pretty well so I’m unsure about my ex for the first time in a long time lol

Good for her for staying strong and listening to your advice. However, why would any woman want this guy back?? A liar, cheater, lots of drama, long distance...who's to say if she took him back he wouldn't do all of that all over again? He definitely isn't a prize, and I'd be completely turned off by him and his behavior. Hopefully she will choose herself and move on.

No way I'd take him back. He'd do it again! He's got his own inherent issues he needs to fix on his own, nothing to do with anyone else.

Anything can happen....but sometimes not all of us have that kind of luck.

I was here like 3yrs ago hopefully trying to find something to help bring my ex back. Then i realized. Im so much better than her. Why am i blaming myself for her fuck up. She was the problem not me. I have been in ni contact for 31 days now and im really having a horrible time coping because I miss my boyfriend so much.. but I believe that the no contact rule will work and so im optimistic .

This is my situation! It was a long distance relationship, we were thinking of marriage soon and he just changed. Thank you for this. After me stressing & us both blocking and unlocking eachother I finally blocked him on everything! I know he made a fake account to look at my stuff. He has not spoken to me since July! I hope he repents and comes back 😢

I'm at day 65 of NC and in my case NC failed. Ive done complete NC , given yes it was considered a short term relationship (4 month's) but NC doesn't work on stubborn men or (ex's) in general

Before implementing NC with my EX he would initiated to see me about every 10 days and he also text me about every 3 days. This was before NC ..I was still reaching out to him several times a week begging and trying to reason with him.. 😒 I know. Twice he showed up at my house (without an invite) and I caved and he spent the night. I haven’t heard from him since the 2nd time he spent the night (shame on me for not learning my lesson the first time) Today I’m on day 8 of NC! 🎉 This is the longest we have gone without texting and we are getting close to 11 days which the longest we have gone without seeing each other. I downloaded Silenzio as my anxiety is through the roof!!! I’m holding on strong and using the panic button which helps to reassure me that IF he wants me back he will send me a significant messages with escalation. I am preparing mentally for when he does reach out to ensure I ignore anything less.
