That was my first sailboat, back in 1974. It was a great boat to learn on!

I Purchased one of the original Kool sailboats for $88 back in the day. Really a friend of mine and I split the cost. Only got to use it one time before I moved away and sold my half to my fried. It triggered a love for sailing in me and I later West Wight Potter sailboat for much more. Good luck and I hope you enjoy it is much is I enjoyed my first sale.

awesome. these are the best sailboats ever. they are so good that i have 2 of them. i like your pool noodle idea, because the one time that i flipped, it went all the way upsidedown. but i only flipped once and that was because i shouldnt have been out sailing in 4 foot waves and 20 mph winds.
