It may be better to reduce the size of the bathroom and lower the floor of the loft next to the bed so that one can stand up full height in the bedroom.

This thing would cater more towards younger people under 35 who donโt have enough to afford anything bigger. But even then, I donโt see too many people (younger or older) feeling comfortable sleeping in an area with such little headspace where you canโt even sit up straight.

I see 2 problems, thereโs an extra window in the living room which doesnโt allow a television and lets put a regular sized sink in the bathroom. Reminds me of the tiny sink in the incredible tiny homes. Thatโs not a sink itโs a toy.

Can't be built to any code. No egress in the loft.

YOU KNOW, I Couldn't help it! Lol ๐ ( Sorry! ) Its a beautiful tiny in many ways but there are some practical issues that should be addressed. 1) Loft is not high enough. 2) Fridge is too big. (Bathroom door clearance) 3) Needs stairs. 4) No place for TV? Other than these few things its a stunningly beautiful tiny with a classy kitchen & bathroom. The price is excellent for the class of home as its fully finished. ๐ค๐

I recommend to put permanent ladder there.

Chris, I would prefer a loft with a skylight to sleep in any day of the year even if I had to use a permanent vertical ladder to get up. And if you could make the loft at least a foot higher, so much the better!

washer OR dryer? it wont fit a stackable unit?? and i could not SEE the temperature difference. can you show it again? Ohh ladder!! i had a stroke. cant climb that. Byeeeee

No room for a tv to watch on the wall. The ladder to get to the loft area not for everyone to use it.

TOO MANY WINDOWS IN LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN. NOT ENOUGH STORAGE SPACE. NEEDS MORE COUNTER PREPARATION SPACE AND MORE CUPBOARDS IN THE KITCHEN. WHERE IS THE DISHWASHER AND THE STACKABLE WASHER/DRYER?
