PG to Philly is a scary second round exit 😤😤😤
  • Idk what y'all are talking abiut. The DeRozan trade is a direct upgrade from HB, sure he isn't as great as a 3PT scorer but his ability to create his own shot is sorely needed to stop the bleeding the Kings often have

The sixers were like "Hey guys, we have a problem not getting it done in the playoffs" and then someone responded "I know, let's get Playoff P himself!" and wasn't being sarcastic. 😂😂

This gymnastics you just played around the Mavs defense is pretty weird. They didn't go from a bad defense to a pretty good defense, they didn't go from bad to "good at the end of the season"... They went from bad to absolutely elite since the trades. As much as people like to deny it, Luka and Kyrie were part of that, and losing Jones Jr. alone is not going to turn the Mavs into defensive scrubs, especially since Grimes and Naji ARE defensive minded players
  • 76ers went from guaranteed second round exits to potential second round exits😳
  • @mimosajd
PG to Philly is proof that Philly knows the window is closing slowly on their title chances, and it oozes a desperation move to try and counter a Boston team who doesn’t really care they added PG
  • @MeRacko
No mention of Grimes and Marshal for the Dallas that is why you think Mavs defense got worse🤦🏼
  • Nah the 2019 off season is the craziest Kemba walker to thr Celtics PG and kawhi to LA Ad to the Lakers I kean trades

You are misinformed sir! The Mavs had the best defense in the entire league the last 2-3 months of the regular season season and that’s with DJJ only playing barely 20 mpg! You and so many other casuals really believe DJJ was a Tony Allen level a defender😂 Did you forget he wasn’t even playable in the finals due to his lack of offense? The Mavs didn’t lose the finals because of defense, they held Boston to their lowest ppg & offensive rating in the entire playoffs! They lost because they couldn’t hit wide open shots which having the 2nd best shooter ever will dramatically make a difference! Also I love how you didn’t mention Grimes,Naji Marshal twice defensive minded pickups who can shoot and pass better than DJJ🙄
  • @jaychow3
Yall forgot that the Mavs got Naji and Grimes for the mavs
  • Man, I had hoped they talked about OKC and their silent improvements behind the scenes
  • From the Kings, the DeRozan trade is a great fit. Swapping DeRozan for Barnes is great offensively and helps the frequent issue of blown leads and offensive stagnation by adding another bucket to the team. Defensively, I feel that HB is a bit overrated; most of the season he was essentially a traffic cone on defense and I really doubt DeRozan will be worse on defense. Offensively, big upgrade; defensively, lateral move. When it comes to our starting five, Monk will not be starting. It’s most likely gonna look like De’Aaron Fox/Keon Ellis/DeMar DeRozan/Keegan Murray/Domantas Sabonis. Defensively this is a drastically better lineup than it’s given credit for. Keon Ellis starting is absolutely a defensive needle mover. Last year, post Huerter/Monk injuries, Ellis started and during that stretch we were a top 10 defensive rating, near top 5, in the entire NBA. Ellis is an elite guard defender who is very long for his height and plays very high IQ defense. His advanced metrics on D are amongst the best in the league. As a defender, he raises our ceiling whenever he’s on the floor and elevates the rest of our lineup. Fox was the steals champion last season and was a very good guard and wing defender when anchored with Ellis. Murray also took a massive leap defensively and has been shown to be able to guard 1-4 on the perimeter and interior very proficiently. Sabonis gets a lot of shit for being a poor rim protector, but is a somewhat underrated defender as a whole; he can’t really rim protect, but he is still a decent defender with a lot of hustle. DeRozan is not a good defender, but neither was HB and by pairing another scorer with Fox and Murray will allow them to allocate more energy defensively. This move does not make us a contender, but it is a big step in that direction. Examining our roster as a whole, the offensive depth is great and the defensive depth is still something to improve. However, it will not be a bad defense like the narrative surrounding the Kings seems to be. Fox, Monk, and DeRozan can all lead and offense and are absolute buckets. Domas as an offensive generator is one of the best in the league and is the reigning double double and rebounding champion. Ellis, Huerter, Murray, Lyles, and (when he returns) Devin Carter can all spread the floor and Ellis and Carter will play bare minimum good wing defense. Lyles and Len are both solid interior defenders and Len provides some rim protection, even if that is still a big weakness for this team

For the Knicks I feel like if Mikal ends up injured and breaking his games played streak, the Thibbs allegations of his coaching injuring players should go from a joke to maybe investigate the claims
  • @Nifteyyy
I love this channel, watch every video the day they come out, and boy am I excited for the “we were wrong about the Kings” episode. When that happens I’m gonna need at least a 5 minute apology from the both of you and I’m gonna need you guys to tell your fans to vote for Fox and Sabonis as All Stars cause they were snubbed last year. Seriously I love you guys, it’s just the Kings have potential to go 82-0 this year
  • Yall sleeping on demar derozan. Barely gave up anything. Team friendly contract. Elite isolation scorer. Replaced their worst starter with a guy that’s been the best player on every team he’s ever played for
  • @MeRacko
Fuck everybody if Klay is washed cuz he had 1 game 0-10 than Curry is to he had 3 games 0-9 this season and some 1-10 but noone is mention that I hate how people just create fake neratives and go after someone
  • Portlander here living in Houston. Let's not talk about how hot it is in Portland. We were without power for a couple of days after the hurricane and it was in the 90s with lots of humidity
