These reporters ask the silliest questions. Look at the park fire first day it grew to 70,000 plus acres. Now in day three it’s over 300,000 acres. With zero percent containment it’s almost impossible to say how much a fire will grow in these conditions.

I am so sorry everyone is going through this. These types of things are so scary. My mom lives up there in KRN-729 and I was watching this from a distance in San Diego and made the decision last night to come up there to grab her chickens that she couldn't take and her cat that got away from her as she was evacuating yesterday. There are so many people out there fighting the fire and unfortunately in so many ways quite a bit of the land is just so difficult and dangerous to get to. The wind is so fierce up there and with all the rain we've had these last two years it was kindling just waiting to get lit. I understand fear can cause anger, but as much as we all can, support our neighbors, friends, and family, as I know many of you are because I've seen the posts on Facebook. Keep sending love and compassion. Everyone needs right now. ❤

Why are there so many people just standing around in the background? It sure doesn't look like that many were needed to present what they presented as useful information. Yep They are all there to "support their community" Say it over and over again and you will have most of this presentation.

A few weeks ago in Lake Isabella three houses burned down in the Reeder fire. The houses burned down in less than an hour. I live two houses away. And now there's the fire just above us. I hope the wind doesn't head in our direction. People nearby have more than a dozen dogs and a dozen cats and no way to move them. I'm going around town giving them the phone number to animal control that has agents throughout Isabella that will help them rescue their animals.
