A quick re-edit of this video that I shot back in July which fixes the obscenely large caption issue (what was I thinking?) from the first video. Hopefully this version will be more enjoyable.

    @Freewayjim Thanks... I almost didn't make this trip on this particular day because the rain was coming down in sheets during the early morning hours but the weather broke just in time for this film and it ended up being a nice day. I have more of I-68 coming up soon as well.

    @danie123182 Maryland DOT had some video up on youtube explaining why they did it that way but I'm not sure if it's still up. I think it's neat to be able to see the cross-section of the mountain like that but I see what you're saying about preserving the landscape.
