    I used to work here.I've recalled my memories when I see towels,plates and knives hanging on the left side of the wall of the counter seats,even the master has been changed,he still served caviar and brown rice which is as khnown as the signature dish of Umi.Nice and thank you for uploading this video.

    Been to Sushi Umi back in 2017, right after the new owner took over due to the passing of old owner. Had a great experience then. Might go again next year if we visit Japan.
  • Nodoguro is soooo good. Had it when I was in Kanazawa last time and had it last year in Bangkok at a 1 Michelin star sushi place
