People complaining , but 55th pick in 2nd round is basically a undrafted pick. 5 picks away from being undrafted.. in nba 2nd rounders are often given away for cash considerations. so it's not like they used a lottery pick on him. it literally hurts nothing. and many players in 2nd round opt not to get drafted so they can choose where they sign. similar to nfl 7th rounders. getting a potential great 3 and d player with end of 2nd round is common sense.

Is it so difficult to believe that LeBron stayed out of all decisions concerning coaching & draft selections?

Jeannie Buss, Linda Rambis & Rob Pelinka need to be fired by the Laker fans & the city of Los Angeles...they have allowed Lebton James & Klutch Sports to dismantle, destroy & bring diwn the standards of this historical winning championships organization in a matter of 6 years!!! This is horrific & unfortunate. I believe it has to do with the financial situation that the team is currently in ...at this point it's not about winning championships, but entertaining the Laker fans, celebrities that attend the games.

They'll hold on to him until his daddy finally gets forced into medical retirement (hopefully sometime next season, lol), then they'll place his over-pampered backside on waivers and be done with the whole family drama once and for all. Only move I'm truly looking forward to with this franchise is Jeanie finally selling it to a far worthier ownership group than her own crumbling dynasty for a welcome change. Until that happens, not giving the Lakers the time of day anymore. RIP Jerry West, you deserved SO MUCH better after all you've accomplished in this world. Laker Nation knows this all too well!
