No idea what's going on with the camera and police lights. id just walked along the path, realised was nothing going on and going home when the police gang decide otherwise.

I think I have a valid complaint, please let me know what you think. Never would I upload someone in a crisis.

  • If I was involved in an accident I'd like the incident to be filmed. Its not for them to decide what people do when it is lawful.

We wouldnā€™t want to see anyone on the floor. We do know that Coppers have filmed people and then sent the pics and vids to each other. So, who is the worst for it? Us or them? They have walked all over that scene.

This crown employee needs to be retrained on how to deal with the public.
  • 1.hands-pockets. 2.headgear. 3.the threat of arrest is an assault. 4.copsplaining. 5.failure to correctly identify. 6.failure to inform BWV is activated.

If the police treated the public with respect they would get some back but when you see the disdain that these officers showed they deserve none.

That's the Sgt from Morley police station, he's still acting a fool I see lol
  • @godsgod1677
He must be really broken to try and intimidate like that, so small and sad yet somehow a police officer.

Section 35 seems to relate to drivers only...................... Drivers to comply with traffic directions. (1)Where a constable [F1or traffic officer] is for the time being engaged in the regulation of traffic in a road, a person driving or propelling a vehicle who neglects or refusesā€” (a)to stop the vehicle, or (b)to make it proceed in, or keep to, a particular line of traffic, when directed to do so by the constable in the execution of his duty [F2or the traffic officer (as the case may be)] is guilty of an offence. (2)Whereā€” (a)a traffic survey of any description is being carried out on or in the vicinity of a road, and (b)a constable [F3or traffic officer] gives to a person driving or propelling a vehicle a directionā€” (i)to stop the vehicle, (ii)to make it proceed in, or keep to, a particular line of traffic, or (iii)to proceed to a particular point on or near the road on which the vehicle is being driven or propelled, being a direction given for the purposes of the survey (but not a direction requiring any person to provide any information for the purposes of a traffic survey),the person is guilty of an offence if he neglects or refuses to comply with the direction. (3)The power to give such a direction as is referred to in subsection (2) above for the purposes of a traffic survey shall be so exercised as not to cause any unreasonable delay to a person who indicates that he is unwilling to provide any information for the purposes of the survey.

Good auditing Society you pressed their buttons well but not that they needed it as their tyrant character surfaced right away

I'm glad SX uploaded this video, the conduct of some of these police constables/officers was shocking and disgusting. Once again a camera was the primary reason why these tyrant bully police officers behaved so atrociously towards SX, he had a lawful right to film the accident scene, showed courtesy and respect by not capturing any sensitive and inappropriate footage of the vehicle crash victim that would cause him/her to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, harassed, alarmed or distressed. Sgt. #83 (male) was unprofessional, patronising, intimidating, arrogant, passive aggressive and pre judged CX by insinuating and accusing the auditor of filming the vehicle crash victim which he never had even done. PC #4335 (female) was unprofessional, arrogant, rude and belligerent, she made such a petty and big fuss about not moving her hi-vis jacket so CX could get her collar number. PC #3295 (female, wearing glasses) was unprofessional and behaved like a right little madam, pride and ego certainly got the better of her and she enjoyed barking orders at CX. By far the worst of the bunch was super tyrant PC #404 (male), he was incredibly unprofessional, hostile, intimidating, got right into CX's personal space and face and willfully/deliberately escalated the situation right from the get go. It was clear from PC #404' intentions that he wanted either a negative verbal or physical response from the auditor so he'd then have reasonable grounds or probable cause to arrest him for a Section 4a/5 or 50 offence. PC #404 quoted Section 35 and 37 of Road Traffic Act 1988 which he said he'd arrest CX for if he didn't move out of "his" crime scene, did this constable lie and misquote wrong Legislative Acts to the auditor, I believe he did to but what do you think? Section 35 of Road Traffic Act 1988: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1988/52/section/37 Section 37 of Road Traffic Act 1988: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1988/52/section/37 The police tape was only put up after CX' interactions with all the police officers, way too late in my opinion, this should of been done almost immediately after they had arrived on scene and attended to the vehicle crash victim, goes to clearly show and prove the laziness and incompetency of the police yet again. In my opinion all the constables and the Sergeant I've mentioned in my comment need to be reported to IOPC, their conduct fell well short of standard police regulations, policies, procedures and code of ethics, and no reasonable member of public should have to put up with this shocking, embarrassing and despicable behaviour from our government officials.
  • @monkeymisfit9765
Disgusting level of policing, they have zero respect for the public. Seems to be the norm
  • @freetipuk
and section 35 RTA only applies to drivers.
  • @deantaylor1512
Should have called him a muppet ā€¦ They get really teary over that one ā€¦.
  • @PublicEye1
Crazy Behaviour! Police earning the hate as usual. Great video Society šŸ‘ŠšŸ‘
  • @jayc9075
The I'm in charge mentality at its best . The one who got in your face to threaten you and cause a physical altercation actually broke the law put a complaint in
  • I think the trouble these days is that police have earned such a bad reputation because of their attitude towards the public that any orders from them are treated with disdain,in particular involving people with cameras.
  • @freetipuk
love how people are just wondering past on the other side of the road, lol.
  • @ozzybiker1013
5 years ago I was in a motorcycle accident, I was laid unconscious in the middle of the road, I really wish there had been someone filming at the time, to show exactly where the other vehicle was and where all the supposed witnesses suddenly appeared from saying it was the bikers fault, it took me 4 years of being stubborn and fighting to go from me being at fault and them wanting to prosecute me, to receiving a good amount of compensation. Someone filming would have made it so much easier for me. I am all for it.
  • @ricladouceur6202
This is not policing. It's intimidation and harassment. An officer stepping into your personal space like that should be considered assault. Are any of these officers actually doing a job other than harassing a citizen.
