I have to say, as a black woman near 40 living in a rural black community in NC, I’m made to feel that I don’t matter (or, better said, told that I shouldn’t feel like I matter) since I don’t have kids. Vance is just saying the quiet part out loud. It’s just how rural people think. A lot of them had kids as kids and instead of having an honest dialogue with themselves about their possible regret, they shun anyone who has done the opposite

Ana's framing on gun regulation is insane right-wing framing. If no guns, then 'bad guys' will still do harm anyway?? No Ana, absolutely not! Having easy access to high-powered firearms definitely allows for significantly more harm and mayhem than if guns weren't readily available. For example, how would the Trump shooter have harmed Trump if he didn't have easy access to a firearm? He wouldn't have been able to!

As a single person, I'm actually getting really tired of married couples with kids getting all the breaks I pay WAY more in taxes (percentage), and I get the least out of my country
