Am I the only one who got excited because he basically read me like a book? Watching this got me so hyped and inspired to practice this. I saw completely where I was going completely wrong. Seriously I need to book a class and ticket to gain more experience because this video right here gave me a whole lot of life. Thank you for posting this.
  • I'm a hobbyist doing my own nails and I thought I was doing okay with the efile before but after watching the way Greg breaks it down into such detail suddenly I find myself using my file smoothly and efficiently even with my opposite hand. Thanks!

Hands down the best filing video on YouTube!! This video has changed my nail game in a real way. The only thing I am unsure about is nail thickness??

Been slipping like I was in mud😂😂....never again, thank you so much for the knowledge❤
  • I’ve watched a hundred million filing videos and this is the first one to actually teach me TECHNIQUES it’s so good

This is so educational, I done a course on e-filing last year but I'm still not very confident in using it and mostly use hand files. I was never taught the "I - formation" road map..could be a game changer..thanks Greg!

The salons need a class because they go back and fourth
  • @MrsBungle78
Always such good advice! I can't tell you the number of techs I've witnessed going back & forth- it scares the hell outta me!

I’m glad you mentioned which direction to have your file going, depending on left of right handed. I’m left handed and been doing my own nails for about 3 months. Also, I now understand why I’ve had issues with slipping and whatnot. Y’all have helped me so much, Thank you.

Thank you Greg for these videos. So many changes in nails the past 5 years and the videos are helping this seasoned veteran stay in the game. I love learning new techniques.
  • Omg yassss no wonder my drill slips off the nail . I have to save and download this video . I love it 😍 thanks guys ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
  • Thank you for such an excellent video! I got my drill certificate in 2001! I stopped doing nails quite a while back, even though I am still licensed and have always done hair, but am getting back into it for myself and just ordered a new drill. I am so excited and was super happy to find this video! Thanks again!😊😊

  • I just enrolled into cosmetology school and have been leaning more towards specializing in nail health. This video makes SO much sense! Now I understand why my nail tech does what he does and why I have experienced the E file jumping. I’m totally subscribing!

  • I started using this technique back from your other video, maybe 5 yrs. ago. I continually watch and learn to hone my skills and by watching have learned indeed how to protect my hands and wrists. Thank you for keeping things fresh and updated!
